TREATMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KHJ Aesthetics operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 48 hours.
DEPOSIT
A small non refundable deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment (10% non-refundable deposit if booked through the booking system).
No deposits are refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your appointment you will be given the option to reschedule your treatment within a 3 week time frame (this booking needs to be made within 24hours). If you cancel within 48hours you will be charged a late cancellation fee also of £15, this will be charged to your payment card.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up to your appointment £25 will be charged to your payment card.
TOX TOP UPS
Anti-wrinkle top ups must be done within 14-21 days of tox treatment. No top ups will be administered over 21 days. Also no top ups will be administered if it is not necessary.
ID PHOTO
Any person who is under the age of 25 must bring photo ID to their appointment, this is a legal requirement
CORRECTION
If you have a concern about a recent treatment and would like a correction, you will be entitled to one correction treatment which must be done within 2weeks of initial treatment.
TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER
We achieve significant results on many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However client’s results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to your appointment as best you can. If you are later than 15minutes to your appointment, I cannot guarantee that your appointment will still be able to go ahead.
MODEL SLOTS
- FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING A MODEL SLOT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
- NO SHOWS TO MODEL SLOTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER MODEL SLOT AGAIN WITH KHJ AESTHETICS

£200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE TRAINING COURSES. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
£500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR PATHWAY AND FAST-TRACK COURSES. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID FROM STUDENTS ON THE FIRST DAY OF THEIR TRAINING, THIS CAN BE PAID EITHER BY CASH, BANK TRANSFER OR CARD.
