KHJ Aesthetics — Treatment Terms & Conditions

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a £15 late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment card on file.

Deposits

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments.

If booking through our online booking system, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required instead.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment provided that:

• You give at least 48 hours' notice, and
• Your new appointment is booked within 24 hours of cancelling and takes place within 3 weeks of the original appointment.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, a £25 no-show fee will be charged to your payment card.

Anti-Wrinkle (Botulinum Toxin) Top-Ups

If a top-up is required, it must be booked between 14 and 21 days after your initial treatment.

Please note:

• Top-ups cannot be carried out before 14 days.
• Top-ups cannot be carried out after 21 days.
• Top-ups will only be provided where they are clinically necessary.

Photo Identification

If you are under 25 years of age, you must bring valid photographic ID to your appointment.

This is a legal requirement. Failure to provide valid ID may result in your treatment being refused.

Treatment Corrections

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us.

Where appropriate, you may be offered one complimentary correction appointment, which must take place at least two weeks after your initial treatment.

Treatment Disclaimer

At KHJ Aesthetics, we always aim to achieve the best possible results for every client.

However, treatment outcomes vary from person to person and results cannot be guaranteed. Results are influenced by factors including:

• Individual anatomy
• Healing response
• Lifestyle
• Diet
• Medical history

Your practitioner may recommend changes to your treatment plan to ensure the safest and most effective outcome for your individual needs.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will still be able to go ahead.

In some cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Model Appointments

Model appointments are offered at a discounted rate for training purposes.

Please note:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Model appointment fees are non-refundable.
• Clients who fail to attend a model appointment without notice will not be permitted to book future model appointments with KHJ Aesthetics.

Course Deposits

The following non-refundable deposits are required to secure your place:

• Standard Training Courses: £200 non-refundable deposit
• Pathway & Fast-Track Courses: £500 non-refundable deposit

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Course Payments

The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of your training.

We accept payment by:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• Card

Failure to pay the outstanding balance before training begins may result in your place being cancelled.
