Does lip filler hurt?
Most clients describe it as mild discomfort rather than pain. We apply a numbing cream before treatment and the filler itself contains a local anaesthetic, so the lips become more comfortable as the appointment goes on.
How long does lip filler last?
Typically 6–12 months, depending on the amount used, your metabolism and lifestyle. Many clients top up once or twice a year to maintain their result.
Which filler do you use?
We use premium hyaluronic acid dermal fillers from trusted, CE-marked brands. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, gives soft, hydrated results and can be dissolved if ever needed.
How long is recovery?
Expect some swelling and possibly light bruising for a few days. Most clients return to normal plans the same or next day, and the final shape settles at around two weeks. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat for 24–48 hours.
Can lip filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be safely dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you ever want to reduce, correct or remove your filler.
